Job Purpose
Oversee and support the recruitment activities across SABIS® schools in Egypt, ensuring consistent process execution, adherence to SABIS® standards and legal requirements, and timely fulfillment of staffing needs in alignment with approved manpower plans and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with School Directors and School HR Specialists across all schools in Egypt to identify staffing needs and submit them to the Regional HR Manager and Operations Director for review and confirmation
- Review, validate, and follow up on all hiring requests, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and headcount plans
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting vacancies, sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates, organizing technical tests / demo lessons, conducting interviews, and extending offers as per the SABIS® guidelines
- Coordinate with the relevant parties regarding visa applications and work permits for expat staff
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and proactively address challenges or delays in the hiring process
- Maintain continuous communication with Regional Corporate HR, providing updates on vacancies, pipelines, challenges, and recommendations
- Obtain approval from Regional HR Manager and Operations Director before extending offers, particularly for new headcount roles or budget‑sensitive positions
- Serve as the primary talent acquisition contact for all Egypt schools, supporting and training School HR Specialists while coordinating closely with Regional HR Manager and Operations Director
- Attend weekly Regional HR meetings and deliver accurate updates, dashboards, and action plans
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Egyptian labor laws, SABIS® HR policies, and approved budget structures
- Track recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑fill, candidate conversion, etc.), prepare and submit weekly recruitment reports, and ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Build and maintain a proactive, pre‑qualified talent pool for key and recurring positions to reduce time‑to‑hire
- Support and manage employer branding initiatives through job fairs, networking events, partnerships, and digital recruitment activities
- Suggest new ways to attract talented candidates and retain existing ones.
- Ensure a consistently positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate documentation, confidentiality, and data integrity across all recruitment files and systems
- Ensure SABIS® Careers is updated at all times, including requisition status, interview feedback, technical test results, reference checks, and other relevant documentation. Conduct spot checks on recruiters to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper process execution.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices
- Uphold professionalism, ownership, discretion, data integrity, and strong communication skills in all interactions
- Perform other related tasks as requested by the SABIS® Management team
Ideal Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- English Proficient; Arabic is a plus
- Professional HR or Recruitment Certifications are a plus
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably in a regional setup
