Job Purpose
The Corporate Manager – Student Life & Student Management drives the implementation and continuous enhancement of student life, student engagement, wellbeing, and student management initiatives across the SABIS® Network. The role works closely with schools and regional teams to ensure the consistent application of established policies, programs, and best practices that contribute to a positive, safe, inclusive, and development-focused student experience. The position also monitors program effectiveness, provides guidance and training, and supports schools in fostering strong student leadership, wellbeing, and behavior management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of SLO programs, leadership initiatives, peer tutoring, shadow teaching, and community engagement activities across schools, ensuring alignment with established standards.
- Collaborate with regional and school teams to promote a consistent and enriching student experience that supports leadership, citizenship, wellbeing, and personal development.
- Oversee the application of student management, behavior, safeguarding, child protection, and anti-bullying policies to ensure safe, inclusive, and positive school environments.
- Monitor student engagement, wellbeing, behavior, and performance data, maintain reports and dashboards, and recommend improvements to enhance program effectiveness.
- Provide training, guidance, and resources to school-based teams on student life, wellbeing, social-emotional learning, safeguarding, and behavior management practices.
- Review major SLO events, annual calendars, critical incidents, and disciplinary cases to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with SABIS® policies and standards; perform other related duties as assigned by SABIS® Management.
Ideal Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Master's degree is a plus
- Proficient in English
- Preferred certifications in Child Protection and Safeguarding Certification, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports Certification, and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) or Student Wellbeing Certification
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in student life, student affairs, student management, counseling, wellbeing, educational leadership, or a related area within a school or educational environment
- Experience in the SABIS® Network is preferable
