Job Purpose
The Quality Controller is responsible for overseeing the quality and consistency of all design outputs within the Marketing department. This role involves collaborating with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all visual content meets SABIS® brand standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and approving design materials, including graphics, layouts, color schemes and multimedia content, to ensure they meet quality standards and brand guidelines
- Working closely with designers, marketing managers, and other team members to understand project goals and provide constructive feedback and guidance on design projects
- Monitoring and enforcing brand guidelines across all marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and print materials
- Developing and implementing quality control processes and checklists to streamline design reviews and approvals
- Identifying and addressing design issues and discrepancies promptly and effectively to meet project deadlines
- Providing training and support to designers on best practices for maintaining design quality and consistency
- Using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements in design processes
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and sharing insights with the team to foster continuous learning and improvement
- Maintaining detailed records of design reviews, including feedback provided and changes made
- Performing other related tasks as they arise and as delegated by the Management
Ideal Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or its equivalent
- English Proficient
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field
