Job Purpose
The Regional Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and supporting digital marketing initiatives by creating engaging content, coordinating campaigns, monitoring performance, and ensuring consistent brand presence across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels
- Assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing digital marketing campaigns, including paid media initiatives, email marketing activities, and influencer partnerships
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on digital campaign performance using analytics tools such as Meta Insights and Google Analytics, while identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Supporting website updates, managing blog content, and contributing to SEO optimization efforts to enhance visibility, traffic, and overall user experience
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, including design, copywriting, video production, and UX/UI, to ensuring cohesive, consistent, and impactful messaging
- Managing online community interactions by monitoring comments and messages, responding in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining communication aligned with the brand’s tone and guidelines
- Staying up to date with emerging digital trends, platform updates, and best practices, while recommending innovative strategies to boost engagement, reach, and brand awareness
- Assisting in basic photo and video editing for digital use
- Performing other related tasks as they arise and as delegated by the Management
Ideal Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or their equivalent
- English and Arabic Proficient
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media, social media management, or digital marketing
