Job Purpose
Supporting and handling the recruitment activities for SABIS® Network schools in the assigned regions to ensure that specified vacancies are filled in a timely and efficient manner, according to the company’s policies and procedures. Assisting the Regional HR Manager with other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring effective recruitment of regional positions in order to support the schools’ staffing needs.
- Sourcing potential candidates that fit the SABIS® culture and requirements by constantly posting job ads on international and local recruitment websites.
- Handling the screening, interviewing, and shortlisting process of all specified positions while ensuring all vacancies are filled with the right candidates on time.
- Preparing advertising content in coordination with the Marketing and Communication Department to increase the number of received applications and attract new candidates.
- Contacting universities and building new partnerships to plan and organize recruitment events, including but not limited to job fairs, open days, recruitment activities, etc.
- Establishing relationships with job board community managers, recruitment websites, and recruitment agencies to ensure support when needed.
- Developing and maintaining statistical reports for the Regional HR Manager to remain updated on any progress/changes.
- Assisting in the preparation of the regional dashboards on a monthly and termly basis by gathering and preparing the needed data for all assigned schools.
- Updating the database of various recruitment sources (job portal companies, recruitment websites, universities, etc.).
- Liaising with schools to understand their local needs and requirements in order to put together a proper recruitment plan all year round.
- Following up and coordinating with the schools on interview feedback, referrals, transfers, relocation logistics (processing visa, employment contracts, and travel-related formalities), and/or any other needed information.
- Conducting HR-related market studies to assess the new potential markets that SABIS® will be entering in order to put a recruitment plan in place if and when needed.
- Suggesting and recommending new projects and initiatives to attract potential talent
- Managing vacancies on the recruitment website (SABIS® Careers) by posting vacancies in a timely and efficient manner as per the SABIS® rules.
- Performing other related tasks as they arise and as delegated by the Management.
Ideal Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or their equivalent
- Master’s degree is a plus
- English (Professional Proficiency), French and Spanish are a plus
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field
