Job Purpose
The Support Coordinator is responsible for providing professional and comprehensive administrative support to the Academic Operations Department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across multiple operational activities. This role supports various operational tasks to maintain accurate, up‑to‑date, and effective workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming e-mails and academic support requests with accuracy, professionalism, and timely follow‑through
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure all inquiries are resolved within 24 to 48 hours, based on urgency and priority
- Assigning requests to the appropriate departments and consistently following up to ensure full and timely resolution
- Following up with centers to obtain calendars, schedules, and other essential information promptly and reliably
- Gathering data from multiple sources, compiling it into well‑structured and comprehensive reports, and conducting basic analysis to identify key finding and recommended actions
- Assigning SABIS® Service Desk tickets to the appropriate personnel or departments to ensure proper handling
- Monitoring ticket progress proactively, escalating delays or issues when necessary, and following up on unresolved tickets to maintain timely and effective resolution
- Ensuring all files and documents are systematically organized and easily accessible, while following up with relevant departments to obtain any missing, pending, or incomplete documentation
- Tracking deliverables across teams, maintaining accountability, and reinforcing deadlines when necessary
- Exploring new tools and system features to identify opportunities for improving daily workflows and enhancing overall operational effectiveness
- Performing other related tasks as they arise and as delegated by the Management
Ideal Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or an equivalent degree with an academic background
- English and Arabic Proficient
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field
