Job Purpose
The main responsibility of the Admissions & Marketing Representative is to contribute to the smooth operation of the Admissions and Marketing Department and help ensure the achievement of the school’s enrolment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the Head of Admissions including:
- Conducting school tours and meeting with prospective parents and students
- Recording and entering data into the CRM
- Preparing collateral material for admissions
- Liaising with the Registrar’s Office to arrange diagnostic tests for prospective students
- Helping to plan, organize, and implement on-site and online open houses and/or other admissions-related events
- Helping to conduct family exit interviews for withdrawing families
- Collaborating with the Student Life Coordinator to boost the campus tour experience.
- Analyzing the enrolment data and recommend digital or in-school activities to generate inquiries
- Providing support in maintaining customer, company, and consulate/embassy relationships
- Providing support to the Marketing & Admissions Coordinator by:
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies aligned with the brand strategy
- Helping to monitor the enrolment target and work closely with the Marketing & Admissions Coordinator and SABIS Marketing & Communications to help ensure enrolment targets are met
- Assisting in event planning and implementation
- Taking photographs
- Validating photo release permissions
- Scheduling social media posts, as requested
- Contributing to the preparation of monthly digital marketing report
- Coordinating with SLO
- Attending weekly Marketing and Admissions Meetings
- Other duties as assigned by the Head of Admissions & Marketing, the Director, and/or SABIS
Ideal Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or education
- Excellent command of English and minimum of very good command of German
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years previous experience admissions, marketing, or sales
