Job Purpose
Ensuring that the billing and inventory functions are managed in an effective and efficient manner in order to ensure the constant monitoring and organization of all books and records as well as the proper optimization of inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keeping accurate records in our system and updating to customer info as needed
- Preparing, sending, processing and tracking customer’s invoices
- Ensuring customers are billed correctly for services offered
- Following up with customers concerning payment issues or missed/late payments
- Preparing monthly statements
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues as needed
- Following company's guidelines and billing procedures
- Placing uniform and book orders with suppliers
- Receiving delivery of all incoming materials and reconciling with purchase orders
- Tracking, documenting, and resolving any discrepancies on received orders
- Handling the sales of uniforms and generating sales invoices using the POS system
- Uploading the sales invoices generated in the POS system into the company’s financial system
- Posting payments received from parents
- Handling the distribution of books to students
- Conducting full physical inventory count twice a year
- Performing other related tasks or projects as they arise and as delegated by the school management
Ideal Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related subject matter and/or equivalent
- English Proficient
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field
