Job Purpose

Responsible for assisting in the inclusive educational process at SABIS® Campinas by supporting the development and engagement of students with specific educational needs in the classroom, in accordance with the guidelines and orientations of the Ministry of Education (MOE) and the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing individualized support to the student during classroom activities and routines under the guidance of the classroom/subject teacher and/or Academic Quality Controller
• Supporting the student in academic, social, and behavioral integration, following therapeutical and pedagogical recommendations
• Encouraging student’s independence while ensuring safety and emotional support
• Collaborating with the classroom teacher in adapting materials and activities as needed
• Keeping daily records of student’s progress, challenges, and any significant observations to share with the Academic Quality Controller and Student Management Coordinator
• Maintaining ethics, confidentiality, and professional conduct at all times
• Participating in team meetings and trainings organized by the school if and when needed

Ideal Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy
• Portuguese and English Proficient
• Internship Experience
